no idea. I turned it on to make sure it worked. then I thermal pasted it and then turned it on to add to my app so i can just plug in when i do my tank upgrade

I have all three lights saved to the same customer profile, but for some reason the light on the right looks more purple. Anyone run into that? Hard to get a solid pic of it.

Do your lights flash during ramp up and down

I ordered my light 3 days ago and it has been sitting in "to ship" status since shortly after i placed the order. It says your package will ship in 6 days (started at 9). Is it normal for them to wait that long before even shipping the package or what does that mean?

I dont know why you are so focused on it. Its soo subtle to see most probably would never notice it. Its just not as smooth of a programing when it transitions compared to other lights

I had the same issue last week when I ordered one from one of the sellers. I cancelled and got refunded right away and ordered with a different seller which shipped the next day. I am not suggesting you cancel yours but just want to share my experience.

I think Amazon has us spoiled. Yes, it's normal for it to take several days to ship out. The actual travel time was surprisingly fast for mine though. I thought it would take at least a week to go halfway around the world and pass through customs, but it was less.

A8se II Max has Chinese brand LEDs, and its LED array is similar to Radion X30 G5 pro. It is also 8-channel controlled.

A8s has CREE LEDs, and its LED array is similar to Radion X30 G5 pro. It is also 6-channel controlled.

A8 Pro II Max has CREE LEDs, and its LED array is similar to Radion X30 G6 pro. It is 8-channel controlled.

What driver? Meanwell?

Looks like its not paired correctly, does the app have two green lights?

I don't care either, hard to see and i have to focus to see "the change".
But Maybe "if the light change every minute to follow the schedules"...
And the ramp up is 0% to 100% in 1hrs, the +% each minute will be more noticeable...Tim... go ramp up in 2hrs it will be 50% less noticeable lol

Yeah I’m not in a huge rush it just seemed odd that there was actually a countdown to the day it would ship. Just curious if this was normal like some stores would wait and ship all orders on the same day or something.

mine was the same took days for them to ship but when it shipped i got it in like 4days

Do you have them all synced together or programmed one light and then just saved that profile and applied it to the rest of the lights.
I know others had issue when they tried to sync the lights. It always seems to work better if you act as if they are all individual and program a schedule. Save that schedule and then go to each light and apply the schedule to them. Then they will all run the same but act as one and might not have any other hiccups

That's normal. They accumulate several orders before sending them to customs check. Once it's on the plane it will be quick.

Now click all three paper clip looking buttons once all blue….

Click Right light (make sure you hit cancel every time it asks you to adjust time) go to top right burger and click on button action, then pick close app and run. That should sink all lights together.

Will give that a try. They are not synced currently and I just have the customer profile saved to each light. Thanks for the help so far.

Yeah took me along time to get that sequence down to a science lol, love the lights, app is good too once you master it.
