All chalice tank

I have a drilled 15 gallon with nice overflow that I want to make an all chalice tank with... I'm going to try to use mostly what I have available and DIY some LEDs for it.

Tank-15 gallon
Led- DIY dimmable 3 watts 10 white, 10 blue, 3 UV... should I do red at all?
Flow- all I have extra is an mp10 or a

... is this too strong?
Since it will be plumbed in to my other system I do not think I will do sand...
anything else I should consider?

I guess I've never been an expert on how much flow to give a chalice... Any links to other chalice only tanks? I can't find any
