I was at a pet store week or so ago and they had a Great Barracuda for sale. It made me wonder how many people in the hobby have anything even close to big enough to keep a barracuda that gets 5' long. It was interesting to look at though.I'll never own a tank big enough to house them, but my wife and I snorkeled through a school of them in Cancun.
How the heck did you get a blue ring octopus?one of my first salty inhabitants back in the mid 80's.
would love to get another, but difficult to find and cost prohibitive.

My choice is any cuttlefish, and believe this one is a dwarf from Seattle Aquarium. It's not that I can't keep one, I just won't keep one because they live two years or less, and I just mentally could not take a creature only living that short of time.
Their personality and ability to change color and texture is just fascinating.
mid 80's could order a lot of things. How the heck did you get a blue ring octopus?
