Amber blob growing...

I have this amber colored blob growing on my powerhead in the refugium. It showed up about 2 months ago and is growing pretty fast totally size is about 2 inches. Any ideas what it is?

It's a type of algae, the name escapes me right now.

Cool, at least knowing it is an algae helps narrow down the possibilities. If I figure it out I will post it in here.
