So my local fish store is recommending I get this amino acid and I put it in the tank before I feed the corals I don't know much about it what are you guys recommend any products you like what's the schedule you do with amino acids

I don't think that is why most people use amino acids. Amino acids are absorbed through the coral tissue. It is not eaten like coral food. If you want the corals to be ready for feeding, Chum the water with any coral food about 10 minutes before you actually feed. Not sure I would trust whoever told you that. Amino acids are great. Just do your research before using any product. It is more important to have steady ALK, Calcium, nitrate, and phosphate within the acceptable ranges. If you want to try aminos for other reasons, go ahead. They won't hurt anything.
