Ammonium Bicarbonate and Alkalinity Supplement Interactions

Question for the chemistry pros.

I’m dosing ESV 2-part. I have a T on my Alk line to flush with RODI to prevent buildup and clogging. This I’m also super low nitrates and as such I’m preparing to dose ammonium bicarbonate.

The problem is that I don’t have another dosing head so I’m wondering about adding the ammonium bicarbonate to my rodi flush lined

Will this mess with my ALK supplement and cause the precipitation and line clogging? I suspect it will but figured I should double check.

That should not be a problem. The high pH of the alk part will make ammonia more likely to release to the air, but as a flush it should be ok.
