blue jaw triggers and blue spot puffers dont eat corals just inverts least according to the websites lol although ive never tried to put a stony coral with my puffer. mel has a blue jaw trigger in his reef

I was just looking at the Tunze ATO's...really nice. People say it's too expensive, but my whole tank crashing because of a failed switch will be way more expensive.

I absolutely love my Tunze!! It uses a laser eye to detect the water level that has never failed. Then it has a redundant float switch just for fun!! Has an audible alarm if water level is too high. This is well worth the money!!

Tank is a lot better but still has a cloudy look to it. Did 2x 10% water changes this week. Less hydroids. I think it is just really begining to settle in.

I added 2 more 12k Truelumen Pro LED strip lights to give more white balance to my tank. If you look back at the earlier pics my tank was pretty blue!!

Is that a Dispar anthia? pretty fish.

tank is coming along nicely. I remember when mine was at that stage..... then the purple took over.

Squami Lyretail Anthia. Yeah purple patches are really starting to come in. SPS is still hard to keep alive cant figure out why?? Prob just needs to mature more.

how old is it now? FWIW, when I first setup my 180, I lost ALOT of corals. I was so freaking frustrated I was about ready to tear teh entire thing down. I was PIZZED at it. that said, I think it is finally doing well and I am able to keep stuff. hang in there Travis. also, the RO/Di will make a world of difference.

Those new lights definitely make for better pics. I need to come by and check it out soon.

Lindsey- its just over 3 1/2 months now. Gotta practice my "Woooossa" patience!!!

Chris - come over anytime!!
