There is about 2’ clearance above it so I will just jump over the top!

On the house window side I will build a catwalk to make access easy but access will only be from that side (viewing panel sides will be built in with walls, other back wall will have a coast to coast ghost overflow and the sump and skimmer in the way)

Stage two already in planning, however, I will need lots of training from the Jedi Master dca22anderson. The only problem is he won't have time since he is building a 5k gallon aquarium. I'll just wait and show her all the amazing pictures that will soon fill this form, of an amazing aquarium.
