anemone closed up

i have a rose tipped bubble tip that has been shriveled up for a week now if i flip the rock over so he gets light he will walk to a different location so i am assuming that he isn't dead but he hasn't oppend up for a week. plz help

It is a 75 with a 29 sump
I have a 30" 2bulb t5 light right now buying a 4 build 48" or less this week
Ph 8.3 nitrates at 20 before I Cody 10% water change been fighting them for awhile now all other lvls at 0
I have had him for about 3 weeks
Tank has been set up for about 4months
Nothing km my tank has changed

Stability in a new tank can fluctuate. Plus you don't have enough light. Get your new light and make sure temp and salinity match during pwc. They take a long time to die and recover easily.

I have 2 425 heads for behind my rock and I have 2 1050 heads for rest of the flow in front of my rock

i have just gotten my new light set up for about 48 hours and my nem still looks the same i am just woneder how long they normally to take too come back around if it is the light that was the problem wiht my nem or what do i need to look for when they are die so i can get it out of my tank
