I feed mine scallops. Easy to cut while frozen. They have fresh scallops at our grocery store. I keep them frozen in a small rubber maid container. Clerks are kinda funny.......... I need two scallops ! Just two ? Yep fish food ! OK.

I don't feed mine specifically. However, before they hosted clowns I fed every now and then. Just chunks of my homemade food. For my maxi minis and my rocks I rarely feed. Sometimes just target with fish food. However, I have a well fed system with autofeeder. If you do not have as dirty system as I do, you may want to target at least weekly. Good quality frozen food is great.

My BTA loves a small piece of chopped clam, scallop, or raw shrimp 2x a week. I keep it frozen and thaw the small piece I plan to feed in tank water. Seems to be working out very well.

I don't really feed my nem as I do not want it to grow. However, the clowns have been feeding it .... their waste... really :-)
Cheapest is to feed them defrosted shrimp from the market. I don't know if the Fauna Marine lps pellets improve the color of the nems....

+ whatever number we're one for not feeding directly. They eat from water column.
