Anemone help!

Hello! I have a 20 gallon water box AIO and recently I’ve been fighting some algae and couldn’t water for a UV sterilizer. Recently I saw my anemone with some tentacles not opening up and looking like they are stuck together as well as its mouth a little bit to the side, is this normal? My other anemone (a bubble tip anemone) is fine it’s just this one. Here are a few pictures of both the anemones and a photo bomb

Not abnormal to see this especially if food or other object has fallen onto it. You can try GENTLE bursts with a turkey baster to see if anything foreign dislodges, Overall both look good and I would therefore not attempt any changes in chemistry. Assure phosphate not becoming elevated.
