Sorry can't help you on anemone, never had them in my tank, but people that will help you, they will need more info on it. Like age of tank, lights, flow, parameters...

Looks like an LTA and can be too much flow, insufficient light, high phosphates and even an immature/newer tank subject to chemistry changes
