Anemone odd shape and behaviour.

Hi everyone, I’ve had this anemone for about 3 weeks now and it’s been travelling all over the tank since then, I tried burring it in the sand, but to no avail. It always end up on its side.
About a week ago, one of my clown fish bonded with the anemone, the second clown has been staying away.
Aside from the shape of this anemone…… should I be worried? Any advice or comments would be greatly appreciated.

A LTA needs a good amount of sand to burry its foot, around 3” is ideal. It’ll continue to stress out and eventually wither away if it’s not provided with the proper environment

Thank you, the back of the tank has about 3” of sand which is where it was before but decided to pack up and move.

Aqua sky 2.0, that came with the fluvial flex.
PH: 7.8
Amonia: 0.25 PPM , note that this has been 0 for the past 2 months. I had a dead fish this morning which most likely contributed to this.
Nitrite: 0. Ppm
Nitrate:21 Ppm, been hovering around that for weeks.
Salinity: 1.027
Temp: 26 Celsius.

I am inclined to think that light is not sufficient enough for anemones.
You really have to watch SG when keeping anemones. Anemones don't tolerate swings in parameters well.

I wish I had better news. If you want to keep an anemone in the future I would upgrade the lighting, and wait for the tank to age more.

Thank you, I’ll look into better lighting, I’ve been wanting to upgrade for a while, I might be able to find a good deal during Black Friday.
Is there anything you would recommend for a 32 gal.?

Oh, lighting is such a big money hobby decision.
Logically LEDs are a good choice because of energy use and lifetime. So many choices, there is a ton of information on different brands on this form. I would do Radion, or Aquaillumination Blades.
I am old school, if I spent money on another lighting system for corals it would be ATI T5 24 inch with 4 bulbs.
