Anemone question......

I am concerned about my anemone....I have heard some different stories about how an anemone should look. Mine is quite spread like this a lot of the time....or it closes up completely. Sometimes it's mouth is gaping open for a while. I'm not sure if this is all normal or not for them???
Also as I was taking its picture...I noticed these little white things crawling all over the glass.....any ideas????

Looks fine. White thing might be pods.
