I have 2 conde, one carpet and 2 small bubble tip anemones in my tank. Sometimes when introduced into a new tank they will shrivel up and look like they are dying also when they, so to speak, go to the bathroom they will discharge whatever they have in their bodies. When to worry is when you see them turn inside out. Their guts will pop out and that is not a good sign. See picture below, the guts are starting to come out and the tentacles are retracted, when you see this get them out of the tank or they will foul the water up, then you have another problem. Give them a couple of days, they should be fine.

Can you post a few more pics?

If the pic above is a state which he had for a half a day I would remove the nem.

If pieces fall off while you remove it then you are sadly have to throw it out.

If not 1 piece is falling off while you have separated it, either keep it separated or do any of the treatments people want to advise.

It is hard to say something based on 1 pic because anemone can act incredibly weird for a hour or 6.

But this doesn’t look good based on 1 pic.

Seriously. If pieces fall off throw it out fast.
