I'm a very active buyer, seller and trader so I've been around the block a few times :) If ever a problem arrives, Joe will do his upmost and go above and beyond to take care of the customer. In this latest transaction a piece was unfortunately lost in shipping during the heat wave. Within a few days, Joe went above and beyond and replaced the piece with a nicer one. Right now they need to settle a bit and start coloring up so I'll reserve judgement which ones are my favorites :bigsmile: I'm just excited that they are all great looking pieces that won't take months to grow out. After a few bad transactions this year, I was getting close to calling it quits for good (buying at least).
