Any idea what this is? Part 2

I am sure most people have a collection of strange animal bones.

This one was also found at the Outer Banks by my wife about 10 years ago.
It is about 12 inches long and 3.5 inches wide.

You got the first one so quick you got my hopes up.

Not even a hint? I cant figure out what part of a body it would be. Kind of flat and straight to be a rib. Wrong shape for a clavicle.

My wife has kinda nixed the "strange animal bone" collection. If it fits in a jar I can probably keep it.....I'm allowed the mounted brown trout specimen I did for a friend who died before seeing it.

Do you have any shark teeth you need ID on? I have a couple of books on those.

This bone almost looks like it was cut down to make something.

I was just going to post a sea turtle!

I only know because my wife found one a while back while we were in the OBX, and of course I just had to know what the bone was from.

SWEET.....I wouldn't have guessed part of a turtle. I was searching for scapula blades for marine mammals.

Forget where on OBX(think it was naggs head), but they have a very nice Sea turtle rescue center we went to. I was very impressed with the size some of these turtles, and how well they care for them before returning them to the sea.

Ahh Duck, where I saw a wild horse try and walk into the grocery store(the auto doors kept closing on it). Been all up and down the OBX. We vaca there every spring.
