I got a frag of this exactly 2 months ago. According to tidal gardens, they last about 6-12 months in captivity. Wondering if anyone is having luck with these. Mine has grown some new heads and I can’t wait to see this thing thriving and huge.

I use to feed it Reef Roid a lot, but that might be the reason to my high P04. Overall, it is doing good. It has grown very little due to tank moves, and tank fluctuating. However, it does extend its polyps nice when it wants and I had no issues whatsoever. I can take a picture tomorrow and post if you would like.
Very nice, comrade
благодарю вас
I have one too that dosnt seem to extend much. Today on lro live sale someone said that some have short tentacles and some have long! Someone else said flower pot corals are the gonis that grow like a bush and dont extend much! I just starting moving mine a few weeks ago and no matter where I move it it dosnt extend much while my 2 other do, so I guess I have a flowerpot or a short tentacle type. Or one in the same!I have a frag and won’t extend much at all had it about 4 months
Wow! I don t know why but all of mine in2 tank dont extend much! Whats the secret? Here is one I got in Jan of this year from ASD. I have several in my tank but this pink one rocks. The tentacles are so long it’s awesome. Red seems to love the light more.![]()
