Bought one the other day very cool fish

They are difficult fish. They rely heavily on microfauna for their diet. Treat is as you would a mandarin or scooter blenny.
 
They digestive tract is short and inefficient, so even if it is eating frozen, that is only a supplement to it's greater dietary needs. They graze nonstop, and are able to deplete microfauna quickly. You would need to feed about a dozen times a day for frozen to make any impact.
 
They eat a pod every few seconds, thats over 1000 in an 8hr photoperiod. It will quickly deplete a tank of pods, even if being supplemented.
