Anyone Know What This Coral Is?

Bought this coral as a frag about 2yrs ago. Have cut and dragged it many times having no clue what it is exactly selling the frags dirt cheap. Just curious as to what it truly is.

Its pink-purple with a smooth base/trunk and is nearly always fuzzy and polyped out.

I would say either a Lobophytum AKA Devils Hand or a Sinularia

Definitely not devil's hand. A type of sinularia sp. is quite possibly it

Also called a finger leather.

It would be hard to be more specific than that.
If you searched a bunch of different coral websites you would find about 30 different types of sinularia and probably maybe even 5 different types of finger leathers. [emoji846]

Difficult to tell without being able to view its sclerites under a microscope, it’s exact identity is usually speculation at best.
