Hi...new here...was wondering if anyone had any experience with either InsaneCorals.com or RiptidesReef.com?

Yeah .... I am actually going thru the sponsors now...heh.... I have a coupon for Insane..was thinking of ordering there...but thought I'd check here..as I was going to order zoos...

I had never heard of this site before..but someone on RC posted a link to it...looks like a great site for info !! and trading after I get a good collection going!!

I definetly like how this site is set up comparred to some of the others. The sponsors have some nice deals and I hope to be supporting them soon.

We do have some great sponsors. I've ordered from MarineFlora and Edensgate repeatedly so far- nothing but great stuff.

I personally know one of the owners on insanecorals.com. The owner I know owns a lfs in jacksonville fl called robs reef (www.robsreef.com). Rob is the source for lots of my zoas, and sps. Actually, one of my favorit sps is a tort from his display tank. Anyway, back to them. Rob has been around online for a long time and is a sponsor of the local reef club nfmas. I would not hessitate to recommend him for corals. I have mentioned this site to him as he sponsors another zoa forum.

Riptides reef has been used by several of my club members. They have nice corals and great communication.

Thanks for the info!!

I actually decided to try them out last night and purchased some zoos from them... I got bit by the zoo bug... I should be getting them tomorrow... they don't normally ship on fridays... they said it costs them more for Sat. delivery... so I told them to just adjust my bill if it was more than their system calculated...cuz I was too anxious to get 'em :)

Ok..I will definitely order from these guys again. I got my zoos earlier today..and they already all opened up...

They were packaged really well...each in their own bag...double bagged... in a styrofoam box... they had some sort of pack in there that was cool...I'm assuming to keep the temperature down... since its so hot out now...

Here is a picture of all three of the zoos I ordered from them... they are next to each other right now...might do some re-arranging to try and showcase the big one...
