How do you like that rock? Care to post some rock **** pics?

Bouncingsoul39, I really like the TBS rock so far. It'll be 2 weeks tomorrow that Part 1 of "The Package" arrived, and it's been fascinating to watch.

Goods
-bunch of cerith snails, trochus snail & limpets
-TONS of feather dusters (attached to rock mostly, but a few loose guys who have made homes in the sand bed)
-oodles of barnacles who are still happily filtering 2 weeks in
-sponges (tons of different types -- only 2 of any real size had to be removed and that was within the first few days)
-2 black pencil(?) urchins
-cup corals (couple types)
-undetermined LPS

Bads/Unknown (?)
-few crabs -- no Gorillas so far, just undetermined species
-black eyed isopod - stil need to catch
-branching(?) or Zanclea(?) hydroids -- a few that I've physically removed, haven't seen since
-whelk snails -- easily removed
-freaky yellow/green worms - possible eunicids? - removed
-Florida brown nudibranch(?)

For photos, here's the few I have on my phone since I'm at work currently -- there are a few more & a short video I shot of it when it first arrived in my build thread (link below). I'm only using my older phone's camera, so sorry for the lousy quality!

Sump him.
Silly question. By "Sump him" does everyone mean put him there temporarily, or is that a viable long-term plan for crabs, or other critters? There's chaeto & some smaller live rock pieces in there, and I can already see the pods crawling all over the sump wall. But if I kept him in there, do I feed him, or would he get enough just from the display tank as it flows to the sump?

Looks like a porcelin crab to me. IMO they don't think they cause any harm and they are very pretty.

I'm in the odd club of not being terrified by crabs. She doesn't look like any of the pest species so I'd leave her in the display at least for now.

I have a large emerald crab that started going after my coral and a hermit (Dexter) that cause The Great Hermit Crab and Snail Massacre of 2017. I do target feed Dexter pieces of crab. He's become quite "tame" and recognizes that when I get in the sump I often have food.

Love TBS The Package. Great rock and fun hitchhikers!
