Apex (2016 model) and WXM

Radion Missing
Using the 2016 model apex, wxm module. I've updated all firmware and RF firmware. My radions are plugged into my EB32 in outlets 1 & 2, my outlets labeled radion are further down the outlet list and have "MISSING" next to the gear icon on apex fusion.

Btw, Outlets 1 & 2 (where my radions are plugged into) are configured as always ON.

My WXM firmware is updated, and plugged into the EB via aquabus cable. Radions are plugged into outlets 1 and 2 on EB, configured always ON.

I've tried to reset and re attach the radions, nothing. Still shows as MISSING.

I wouldn't think that the WXM is the issue as you are not having issues with the Vortech pumps.
Can you connect the Radion lights to reef link to make sure that the wireless chip is working in the lights?
When you reset the Radions did you do a Factory reset using Ecotech software?
What version of firmware are on the Radion lights running?
Also try to plug the Radion's into a wall outlet temperately to see if this changes anything.
