I bought a ReefKeeper Elite w Net Apex controller for the tank, I thought it came with a PH Probe, it doesn't. So, what kind of probe should I buy, and do I need anything else to hook it up to the controller?

Is it a reef keeper made by digital aquatics, or is it an apex made by Neptune? If it is a reef keeper you can go to their site and buy the ph probe directly from them, or you can see what it is and look on eBay. I believe it has the metal end that you push in and do half a turn.

For apex I am not sure. I don't have an apex controller.

If it is a apex (Neptune systems) you can get from marine depot or Neptune sys themselves I would suggest getting a lab grade as I have had better luck longer lasting. Only advantage to marine depot is free shipping when purchasing a certain dollar amount ( tricky people they know our weakness) also get the calibration fluid as you will need it at some time
