Apex Display Firmware

Picked up a used display for my apel el. Plugged in and worked right away but now get an alert on my app that firmware is out of date. Tried updating on the app and also on the desktop version and classic. All seem to go through but it never updates any suggestions?

Is it saying your Apex needs an AOS version update, or that the Display module needs an update?

Says display module is out of date, so just the module itself

It’s logging on to the unit directly. When logged on to the same WiFi as the apex go to:

www.apex.local

login should be:

admin
1234

It will look just like fusion. Try doing it there

Ok I did try that then, I considered that the "classic version" but unfortunately it did not work

Open a support ticket with Neptune, maybe they know of something that can get this going. Outside of that it seems like you’ve tired about everything you can. Gook luck and keep us posted if they figure out something for you
