Apex DOS Programming ("02"Selection Missing???)

Has anybody else run into this issue? Trying to set up a new Dosing schedule and select 01:00-02:30. However, there is NO "02" to select from. The selection goes straight to "03", even when I manually try to type the "02", the system would not allow "02". I tried this on a PC and an android phone, same issue.

If there's a previous schedule in-place that overlaps that time you have to modify it first.
