Apex EB8 not working ??? URGENT

Today when I came home my lights weren't on...
I am using 2 EB 8 and 1 EB4... All my lights r in one EB8 not of the plugs r working on it...
According to the display they r on and it even let me turn em on and off through my aqua controller but there isn't any current in any of the plug....the green light is even on the EB 8 bar... I disconnected it and even reset the whole thing but no help...
Dnt know what's goin on..???

Have you tried calling or emailing Kurt at Neptune? If it didn't work after unplugging and plugging back in everything, that's what I would do. Also, make sure that no breakers or GFI's are tripped.

+1, also make sure your lights did not go off and the system is now showing a different time. That happens to me every once in a while if the lights go out.
