Apex EB8

I cant get my other EB8 to show upon my Apex..... It is showing green light but it is not even showing on my display to where i can even program it.......anybody have any ideas ?

I think if you go to setup>module setup>add module in aquacontroller that should work. Where you are trying to see it ? In fusion?

I dont have internet at the house because i dont have a landline........so i cant us fusion........i go to control/status then to module status.......the other 2 EB8's are there but not the 3rd

Make sure all of the EB8 have the newest and same firmware.

I cant update them because i dont have internet..........they were all just working on my other tank......i down graded from a 200 gallon cube to a 93 gallon cube and now the one wont hookup to my apex

Can i take the oldest EB8 to a friends house and hook it to his Apex and update it and bring it back home and hook it back up to mine ?

Try the add module option from aquacontroller that works for me.

is this in fusion? if so you have to unlock it and the tiles will be in the top grey area. you will have to drag them down and then you can program.

You don't need Internet to update the firmware but you need Internet to download the firmware files to a computer so the update can happen. Moreover,
You can also access the Internet through your phone..using tether or hot spot features on your phone

1. You can use the apex without a computer but it will be a lot easier with a computer. Not everyone has a computer or one that is new enough to be able to hook up directly to an apex

2. Sometimes it is better to bring your friend over instead of taking the eb8 to his place. Ask him to bring his laptop with him when he stops by also ;-)
