Hi, as the title states I'm having apex issues. I am unable to control any of my switches. I have several turned off and they come on by themselves and I can't turn them off.
I noticed this the other day when I attempted to turn off my skimmer when adding phyto. The switches will show on/off in the fusion app but not on the apex.
The refugium light doesn't come on when scheduled and then comes on only for a few hours nowhere near the time it is scheduled.
The feed cycle is still working, but that appears to be the only thing that is.
I have rebooted a couple of times and this changes nothing. Fusion is not communicating with my apex. I have checked all the connections, everything is connected. I have checked the wifi connection, all good.
Opened a ticket with neptune, still waiting.
I have the latest apex, fyi.
Just wondering if anyone else has had this problem?

I have had issues with my Apex dropping the wifi, so that Fusion was not connecting with the apex.

have you rebooted your wireless, waited a full minute, then rebooted the apex? The WiFi needs to be fully up and open before you reboot the Apex, or they will not be able to connect.

New Apex or Classic? Have you checked to see if all the modules are on the same firmware?

New apex.
So do I just unplug and plug in the router and then reboot the apex?

And how do you check if modules are on the same firmware? or is that not necessary with new apex since there is only the eb8.

New apex.
So do I just unplug and plug in the router and then reboot the apex?

Are you running a wifi extender, or is it getting the wireless directly from the router?

I am not as up on the new Apex as I am the older stuff, but yes, I would try that.
I would also head over to the Neptune forum on here, as well as the Neptune customer forum, as there are a ton of experts both places.
