Apex Help - Weird Command Causing ATK to malfunction

My ATK keeps powering on even though both sensors are listed as closed. I dragged the tile from the hidden tiles so that I can manually turn it off for a while. Is that what I should do in this case? I tried reading through the troubleshooting guide about the ATK and I’m not sure why it’s still calling for water despite being told not to.

Yes, turn the ATK off for now. You don't want your sump to overflow.

Can you post the pics that I requested earlier?

Here’s the switches. The top line is the ATK power, the next four are the pump sensors and the two additional sensors for reservoir water (bottom of RODI storage and bottoms of mixed saltwater for water changes, those aren’t used yet).

Can you post pic of physical FMM module showing numbered connections and numbered cables?

In your pic of your ATK code, the name at the top is cut off but it doesn't look like it is named "ATK". What is the name?

Can you also post a pic like this from your setup so we can see your FMM diagram?

I just renamed the FMM to ATK prior to posting, it was a generic name prior to that. Here’s the ATK FMM

Thx for the pics. If you click on the little gear next to "ATK", it will open up another screen. Can you post it? Here's mine:

Looking at your physical FMM pic. Cable #1 doesn't appear to be fully seated into FMM port #1. Can you confirm that all the cables are fully seated?

Just to confirm, the cable plugged into the "ACC" port is your pmup pump?

The cable is seated and the PMUP is plugged into the 24v port.

I don’t think there was a code issue. Now that I understand the code is an alarm, I was mistaking it for a command to turn the pmup on. I think I have it figured out now.

On your Apex control screen, do you set the "ATK" switch to AUTO or ON? AUTO will use the code. ON will turn the pump on and it won't turn off until you change the switch.

On the screen where the ATK code is, check the "Log Enable" check box:

Then, if the ATK turns on or off, it will be logged like this:

After turning on ATK logging, move the ATK switch back to AUTO for 30 seconds. It will log if it actually turns ON. It will not log the Alarm. If the log shows nothing, then ATK is working correctly. Alarm is just from hi-sensor being tripped.

Does all that make sense?
