Apex lite with eb8

Got this with intent to set up for monitoring my ph. I dont understand how this thing works. I completely reset it to factory. And linked it to fusion. It has a temp probe which I believe has gone bad since it only reads 20.9. I bought a new milwaukee ph probe for it. Has 2 sets of calibration for the ph (4,7,10). Asking 150 shipped. It will have the apex head unit, eb8, temp probe (not working?), brand new ph probe, 2 sets of calibration fluid, aqua bus cable, ethernet cable.
