sorry not sure how to fix the title. "Apex loses connection* often"

I'm just curious if anyway else has this issue. I seem to have to reset/reboot my apex multiple times a week. I'm extremely irritated with this issue. I leave for days at a time and I need this very expensive controller to do its job. Of course i'm out of town right now and it wont connect and the blue light is up on the front. Yay me, it needs wifi connection to be set up again.
I have 3 year old nice linkys router within range. All other wireless stuff (security cameras, computers etc, ecotech) work fine all the time. Yet the darn apex loses connection every couple days.

all I want to know is if anyone else has or had this problem and if you did, did you stop it from happening and how.

Have you considered using a dedicated Ethernet Cable and directly connecting to your router?

There are so many variables with Wifi that could cause signal degradation. We try to use wired if possible.

Start a support ticket. Is this a new Apex or used?

I couldn’t wire mine so I ended up putting a WiFi extender beside it and plugging it in. Haven’t had the weekly disconnects since
