Apex time code

I'm looking for a time code. to add in Apex Fusion. I want to get a daily email . For instance if the time is 10:00 am. I would like to get this email so that I can get daily confirmation. That my system is working as it should. And that the alert system is working correctly.

"If Time 10:00 Then On" should have you covered.

I tried that however that did't work for me. I entered the code ( If Time 10:00 Then On ) Then I tried ( If Time 10:00 Then On On the next line I said ( If Time 10:01 Then Off) I must be missing something. Thanks for your help so far.

Is the alarm outlet set to Auto?

If Time requires a range - a start and end time both. For example:

If Time 10:00 to 10:01 Then ON
