Apple app doesnt work

I recently got an iPhone Xr and downloaded the R2R app onto the phone. I open it and it just shows a blank screen. I try to log on and it gives me a warning that I cannot log on or don't have the authorization to do so. I can log on the website just fine. Also talked to 2 friends and they are having the same issue. Can anyone offer any insight or a solution?
