I just got a colony of zoos and I didn't notice there are three little anemones on it till I put it in. Are these aptasia's or something else?

Look like it, especially down on the lower left. I would treat the colony outside of the tank with aiptasia X so the aiptasia do not spread. You have to hit those guy just right or they will spread in your DT if treated in the DT.
