Bit of a long thread…
I purchased a Aqua One mini reef 90 online before Christmas. When it arrived the box to the cabinet was open and damaged. It also had something about missing parts written and scribbled out on the box. The cabinet seemed to be covered in dirt but still had the wrap on it. I emailed them and they were adamant that the item was new and the back and forth emails were going no where. I told them I would let others know in the hobby. They asked me to ring them and I explained I couldn’t as I was hearing impaired. I left it over Christmas.
I finally unpacked it all today and it seems like there is some of the pipe work missing. I haven’t had a sump before so I’m going on what my friend has told me. I also tried to fit the return pipe and it doesn’t line up properly and can’t be pushed down any further. Also the cables to the light have what appears to be mould on them.
I’m going to contact them later but need to confirm if the piping is missing?
