I have an Aquatec CDP 8800 on my RO/Di system that is at replacement stage. After disassembling it for inspection I found the issue as expected in the rubber valves had swollen up and are no longer sealing. Has anyone sourced the Valve Housing Assembly(VHA)? I cant find one, or simply the rubber valves themselves. Seems silly to buy a whole new pump for a few dollars in rubber parts. I have found the diaphragm available but that's not my problem, anyway if anyone knows where to get this part please let me know. TIA

Was this part ever found? My 10yr old pump could use a refresh but havent found the VHA anywhere

Bump!

Has anyone had success replacing just the valve housing assembly, or full lower housing assembly on a Aqutech CDP 8800 pressure booster pump?

Mine’s at least a decade old, likes to spit black granules into the sediment pre-filter, and is finally worn out to the point where it doesn’t appreciably increase RO operating pressure… (I do have a pre-filter prior to the booster pump; a large irrigation 120mesh strainer, which I do maintain)

I’ll either rebuild, or just get a RO buddy booster pump…
