Are my tanks seams beginning to fail?

My tank is less than 2 years old. Picked it up brand new from a LFS. The other day I noticed some sand getting in the seam of the front panel. If I touch this area of the glass a little more sand falls down into it.

What do you guys think? Anyone have any luck with Red Seas customer service? Do you think the LFS would help?

I'm confused by the pictures. The seam is that thin black strip above the half inch glass line at the bottom. I don't see sand in the seam. But I see sand in gap between the seam and the bottom of your substrate. Here is a pic of mine for reference.

This panel looks like it’s going to detach from the bottom pane any time now. Nothing should be able to get through that structural seam… especially sand

The red line in this pic is the bottom of the front glass panel which aligns with the bottom face of the tank. Under that is a black wooden stand.

Appreciate everyone's quick responses. Hopefully red sea is some help given the tank is less than 2 years old. If anyone has a support phone number for them please send it my way. The one I found does not work.

I don't have anything to put the contents of the tank into at the moment. Maybe I will buy a small children's pool for the time being...

Is there a consensus most reliable tank manufacturer at the moment?
Get buckets, tubs, another tank, etc….and start emptying. That thing is going to burst and flood your home.

Unfortunately, another classic Red Sea failure right there.

Hate to say it but that’s an imminent failure. I’d be surprised if it didn’t blow in less than 24 hours.

Turn off wave makers to ease stress. Wood clamps or even a strap to help hold it until you can drain it down.

Petco is having a sale on tanks now. Go get one asap.

Reliable would be a custom acrylic

Next would be a custom glass

Water box tanks seem fine but their new stands have wobble issues.

IM has eurobraced ones

Cade seems nice
