Are Saltwater Molly Real?

They're absolutely real, in the sense that mollies can adapt to full-strength saltwater. I don't know whether they can successfully reproduce in full salt, but I know that adults can survive in it. I've seen them in the same tanks as regular saltwater fish at my LFS.

I recently bought 2 saltwater mollies from my lfs. An orange and white one. Literally the next day I had 10 babies, and they’re all alive and eating. It’s been over a week ago now. My lfs breeds them and keeps them in 1.025 water with tangs and cardinals.

This is a thing with Moliies and other livebearing fish, doing a large water change will often induce birth shortly after

I bought a few but they didn't make it that long. I think my tank had too much flow.
