Yes 9 out of ten times those links failed but everything else had been working great since last night however while trying to access the forum just now I’m back to getting “Network not available” messages on everything I click, pages not loading and took multiple tries to just get into the forum at all.. 12:00pm est.

Sorry for these issues. We will be working over the next few days to get them resolved. Can’t do much at the moment due to a live sale going on that we don’t want to interrupt.

I'm seeing occasional packet loss at the server side. I assume this dedicated server hosting, not shared hosting?

2 dedicated with 40 cores and our own private switch. We’re not even getting close to overloading this beast. There is another issue we are looking for.

Hi!

The only thing I ever noticed is when I am logged in, many times if someone responds to me I do not see it until I log out and back in again, then the message shows up. That's it, everything else works like charm.

I had it freeze up on me last night for about 3/4 mins . around 9 pm est . I use a desktop, google chrome .

1. Slooooooow to load. Sometimes times out. When you choose “alerts” they typically don’t come up unless I push the button twice

2. Sometimes slower than others. No discernible pattern. Problem with alerts is continuous.

3. Accessing through Google Chrome on my iPad.

4. I haven’t although I do restart my tablet occasionally. It seems to help.

-Sporadic. Doesn't seem to be at any certain time that I've noticed.

3. Are you using the desktop, mobile or app version of R2R? (the mobile and app versions are different be specific)
-Mobile

4. Have you cleared your cookies/cache and tried it afterwards?
-No I haven't

I've been offline for a day or two, so apparently I missed whatever happened with the site. I've never had any problems using the desktop version on my laptop, so I'm going to focus on the android app.
1. What issues are you having? (be specific) I have had issues from day 1 on the android app. It never shows notifications of any kind, so unless I have an email alert about a new post/comment/conversation, I have to use my PC to find out.

2. Are the issues all the time or sporadic? What times of the day? PC is fine. Android app trouble is all the time.

3. Are you using the desktop, mobile or app version of R2R? (the mobile and app versions are different be specific) While at home, I use my PC. On my android phone, I downloaded the R2R app.

4. Have you cleared your cookies/cache and tried it afterwards? Yes, sadly to no avail. The android app simply refuses to show me any notifications of any kind. :(

Any more details would be great!

no real crazy issues just a delay here and there and I think its causing people to post double triple and quadruple posts. more than normal. possibly user error.

Any more details would be great!
1) loading PMS in inbox.
2) sporadic and mostly in the morning and evening
3) using galaxy s10+ R2R version 7.1.30
4) yes problem still present

Worked great today all day long.

Are you using a load balancer in front of the two servers Or is one the front end and one the back end?


I just had a huge lag spike and double post event at 11:30pm EDT

5 I needed to use protonVPN to fix the issue. just tried it again before posting it seems like the VPN fixed the issue

im using Microsoft edge
tried using brave
works with opera with built in vpn. then got the idea to use protonvpn on Microsoft edge, it worked

Happened again 11:48 till 11:51. Was trying to hit the home screen from my galaxy s 10 using chrome and firefox.

I did a tracert and you are 1 hop from me.
