Articles tab and Notfications

I was thinking it would be good to add a way to either have the notification time out say after a month, or make it so it drops down like alerts do so you can see what article(s) are giving the notification. Mine has had 1 for a long time unless a new one that gives a notification comes up. I had to open every article up to page 3 to find an article from May '17 to get the 1 to go away.
