Hi guys and girls,
I‘ve searched tirelessly to try and resolve an issue that’s been going on for a while now.
My SPS acros all seem to be exhibiting a green discolouration to bases and tips, or in some cases the whole coral.
Their natural colour of blue/ red / purple dont show as they should..
my tank
around 2/3 months ago had nutrients in excess of 50mm no3 / 0.09 po4, and I always thought that may be the cause; however at present I’m now sitting around 4 ppm no3 and 0.03 po4.
9.6dkh… and things aren’t changing.
All the sps seemed to turn green within a few weeks of getting them, they also go quite dull and don’t express bright col apart from the metallic green sheen they have got…
Ive taken some pics in the hope you can read the situation better with your eyes.
