Can you post a video of the fish?

Is it breathing fast?

From the slow onset, and it still eating and the pictures, I think your fish may have Neobenedenia skin flukes.

From the slow onset, and it still eating and the pictures, I think your fish may have Neobenedenia skin flukes.
