What’s the difference between L Aspartic Acid vs D Aspartic Acid? Which should one purchase as an amino supplement?

Also, do you know if Red Sea AB+ amino acids contain aspartic acid?

Another question. Why does Red Sea AB+ cause my corals to look fluffy upon dosing? The corals seem to really enjoy it. Is it from the amino acids or is it something else from the bottle?

Always use L forms. FWIW, enantiomers means mirror images, like our left and right hands.

I don’t think the breakdown of amino acids to ammonia happens that soon. The coral reaction to AB+ is almost instantaneous.
