Feel like I'm at a standstill with my tank

It's a 300 gallon DD tank. Been up and running for almost a year.

I have 2 orbit led strips that came with it. Haven't come to a conclusion on lights yet. At first I wanted leds. Then t5s. Then mhs. I think I'm set on t5s

Currently I have 3 yellow tangs, sailfin, 1 anthias, mandarin, Midas blenny, coral beauty, potter's angel.

I want to add more fish. But stuck on what. My yellows are bullies and so is the anthias. So im guessing I need to buy larger mature fish. But not sure what. I'm thinking large naso and large clown tang. A couple more anthias and large true percs. Any other suggestions?

I feel like I'm at a standstill cause my worry is burn out. Don't wanna invest in lights and then spends lots on coral only to get lazy and let it all go downhill. I've seen too much of that in this hobby

Any advice and experience is greatly appreciated!

Pair of clowns? Perhaps one of the larger varieties... Cinnamon or Tomato clowns? Lots of personality...

One of the larger, non-coral eating Genicanthus Angels? Watanabei?

Any of the many species of Fairy wrasse? Easy way to add constant movement and lots of color to a tank!
