ATI Blue Plus Lux

Hey guys, @mcarroll , @saltyfilmfolks, and all knowledgeable members. I just installed a T5 with my LEDs. An ATI blue plus 33 inches is what I'm running. I wonder if something is wrong Lux wise.

How much lux does a single Blue plus give out? I know lux isn't par but since I use my phone meter and only get about 6000@ 6 inches away, I'm wondering if that's normal. Bulb is new so wonder if it needs break in time. I'm completely new to T5.

Well I'm using the Sunblaster Nanotech T5 add on fixture that's popular here on the forum. Even so, I'm really close to the bulb during the test so I feel like there maybe shouldnt have too much wasted intensity. Any ideas?
