I would like to be able to attach photos to PMs that I send to other members, rather than imbedding photobucket links or web links. We have this option when posting in the forums, just not when sending PMs.

i dont think he wants to use image tags....

what i interpreted is that he wants to be able to browse and upload pictures in a pm.

I dont think they have the ability to do so in a pm but i myself have not tried it. and dont want to look at it while writing this post as i would lose everything i wrote

you can insert images as long as its on a server somewhere on the web. Otherwise simpliest way is just to use image tags and photobucket links.

Missing the point guys, I thought I had explained it.

We all have the ability to browse our computer and attach images to a thread posting, the same way we attach files to emails. We, however, do not have the ability to do this through PMs. My work restricts the photo sites like Photobucket, so if someone requests a photo, I would like to just be able to send them one that I have saved on my computer.

if you read in my 3rd post.

i mentioned i interpreted that you wanted to browse and upload into a pm. I believe that its not available on this site. Although it is a great idea, currently its not possible

I never saw a way to attach a photo just link to a web address. i guess your going to have to get another job at a place that doesn't restrict...

seriously, maybe Rev could add that, but not sure what that would involve. I would think it would be a bandwidth issue and mean more $$$$$.
