Baby Hammer, Aiptasia or somethinh else?

I have 2 or 3 creatures growing in crevasses in a rock. These are 1/4 of an inch wide and look more to me like a baby Hammer than an Aiptasia. (See attached video)
It seems to have near transparent tentacles with a small ball at the end. It grows very close to the rock and does not seem to have an extended stem.
The closest coral to this rock is a Finger Leather (3 inches distance), a Hammer coral (6 inches distance) and a Raindow Galaxea ( 8 inches distance)
Need help identifying if this is friend or foe.
