Hi Guys,
My name's Amanda and I'm a reef-a-holic. :D I got into saltwater around 2005 when I saw a beautiful Snowflake Eel at my old LFS and knew I needed to learn more. I was part of R2R back in the day (with 5 tanks in my living room at once) - but forgot my old username, so here I am afresh.
Over the years, I moved around the country and couldn't take the heartbreak (or expense) of tearing down and rebuilding a reef yearly, so I converted to Freshwater. It's been almost 6 years since I've had a saltwater tank but after settling into the new house with no plans to move, I'm diving back in!
I'm a nano fan and am currently gathering supplies and doing some DIY to my Fluval Edge 12 to turn it into a nice little softies reef and am already eyeing my Fluval Evo 5 for a Pico Reef and Shrimp tank.
