It’s frustrating, as I was told it would ship in January. Now 18 weeks after ordering still haven’t heard anything. Some email updates would be nice.

The worst part about all of this is that they take their money as soon as the order is placed. I had this issue with waterbox three years ago during their black Friday sale. They are selling tanks that they have no idea when they can ship. I don't think this is specific to them but frustrating anyway!
